1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website, and “you” refers to any person accessing or using it. The site is provided free of charge and without any account or registration.

2. Description of the service

This website provides a browser-based utility that helps you build text prompts for AI image-generation workflows. You enter a short idea, choose creative settings such as image type, style, lighting, camera, mood, colour and aspect ratio, and the tool assembles a structured written prompt, plus an optional negative prompt.

The prompt-building logic runs in your browser. No account, payment or API key is required to use it.

3. Eligibility

The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. You may use it if you are able to form a binding agreement under the law of your country. If you are a minor under local law, you should use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are also responsible for making sure that your use of this website is lawful where you are located.

4. Permitted use

You may use the generator for personal, educational, creative and commercial projects, including client work, subject to these terms and to the rules of whichever image platform you use afterwards. In particular, you may:

• Generate as many prompts as you need for your own projects.
• Edit, rewrite, shorten or extend any prompt the tool produces.
• Use, share and publish the prompts you create with the tool.
• Reference or link to this website from your own site or materials.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to use this website to do any of the following:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or help anyone else do so.
• Create prompts intended to produce sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualises children in any way.
• Create prompts intended to produce content that harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence or hatred against any person or group.
• Produce deceptive material, including impersonation of real people, forged documents, or imagery designed to mislead people about real events.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to this website or the systems that serve it.
• Use automated systems to scrape, mirror or bulk-harvest the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
• Remove, obscure or alter any notice on the site, or reproduce the site itself as your own service.

We may restrict access to the site where we reasonably believe it is being misused, without notice.

6. User-generated inputs

The text you type into the generator is yours. Because the tool runs locally in your browser, we do not receive, review, moderate or store what you enter, and there is no submission to us in the ordinary sense.

You are responsible for the content of what you type and for making sure you have the right to use it. Please do not enter personal information, confidential material or anything belonging to someone else without permission. We do not claim any ownership of your inputs.

7. Generated prompts

Prompts produced by the tool are descriptive text assembled from your idea and the options you selected. We do not claim ownership of the prompts you generate, and we place no restriction on how you use them: personal, commercial and client work are all fine.

Two practical points. First, prompts are built from a shared library of descriptive phrases, so identical inputs and settings will produce identical text for anyone — a generated prompt is not exclusive to you. Second, we make no representation about whether a given prompt, or an image produced from it, can be protected or registered as intellectual property in your country; that varies by jurisdiction and is outside our control.

8. Third-party AI platforms

This website is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with OpenAI, Midjourney, Google, Adobe, Stability AI or any other AI company, model or platform. Any names mentioned on the site are used only to describe compatibility.

We have no control over third-party platforms, their outputs, their pricing, their availability or their handling of the text you paste into them, and we accept no responsibility for any of it.

9. Intellectual property

The website itself — including its design, layout, page content, wording, code and the underlying prompt-building logic — is protected by intellectual property law and remains ours. You may not copy, republish, redistribute or reproduce the site or substantial parts of it as a competing service, or present it as your own work.

This does not restrict the prompts you generate, which are covered by section 7, or ordinary fair use such as quoting a short passage with a link back to the source.

10. Accuracy and reliability

We make a reasonable effort to keep the tool and the information on this site accurate and useful. Even so, content may contain errors, become outdated, or be incomplete, and the descriptive vocabulary used in prompts reflects general practice rather than any official standard.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal or business advice. Please use your own judgement, and check anything that matters for your project.

11. No guarantee of image results

A prompt is a request, not an instruction that can be enforced. AI image models introduce randomness, interpret language differently from one another, and change over time as they are updated. The same prompt can produce very different images on two platforms, or on the same platform twice.

A clear, well-structured prompt tends to improve consistency, and that is what this tool aims to help with. We do not promise, warrant or guarantee any particular image, quality level, style match, commercial suitability or outcome from using a generated prompt.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The site may be unavailable at times because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, network problems or events outside our control, and it may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

13. Third-party links

This site may link to other websites for convenience or reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the generator are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or connected with your use of this website or of any prompt generated with it. This includes lost profits, lost business, lost data, wasted expenditure, and any consequences of images produced on a third-party platform.

The site is provided free of charge, and our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you have paid to use it, which is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16. Changes to the service

We may add, change, suspend or remove features of the generator and the wider website at any time, including options, descriptive phrasing and page content. We may also discontinue the service entirely. Because nothing is stored in an account, there is no saved work to be affected by such a change.

17. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the service or to legal requirements. When they are updated, the effective date at the top of this page is revised, and the revised version applies from the moment it is published. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms, so it is worth checking this page occasionally.
