1. Introduction

AI Image Prompt Generator is a free online utility that turns a short idea into a structured text prompt for AI image-generation workflows. This website is operated independently.

We have tried to keep this policy accurate rather than exhaustive. It describes how the website actually works, not every possibility a longer template might list. If any part of it is unclear, please write to us at admin@minamiaoyama-fan-yakiniku.com.tw.

By using this website you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Information we may collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details in order to use the generator. The categories below are the only ones that apply to this site.

• Information you send us voluntarily. If you email us, or use the contact page to open an email, we receive whatever you choose to write, including your email address and any details in your message.
• Standard server log data. Like almost every website, the server that delivers these pages may automatically record technical request information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This is generated by the hosting infrastructure for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
• Cookie and analytics data, where those are active. See the sections on cookies, analytics and advertising below for what this can involve.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and you should not send any to us. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, financial details or health information in a message to us.

3. Information entered into the tool

The text you type into the prompt generator — your idea, and the options you choose — is treated as your own content. We do not ask for personal information in that field, and we would encourage you not to enter any.

The prompts you generate are not linked to you, not stored in an account, and not published anywhere on this site. When you close or refresh the page, the contents of the input and output boxes are gone.

4. How tool inputs are processed

The generator is built to run locally. The prompt-building logic is JavaScript that loads with the page and executes in your own browser, on your own device. It combines your text with the options you select and writes the finished prompt into the output box.

Two things are worth noting alongside that. First, the page itself is still requested from a web server, so ordinary server log data described in section 2 exists for the page visit, independently of what you type. Second, once you copy a prompt and paste it into a third-party image-generation platform, that platform receives the text and handles it under its own privacy policy — not this one.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels.

The prompt generator does not need cookies to work, and it does not set cookies to run. However, this site is built on WordPress, and cookies may be set by the platform itself for essential purposes such as security, load balancing or, if you leave a comment where comments are enabled, remembering your details. Additional cookies may be set by any analytics or advertising services that are active on the site at the time of your visit.

You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block them, delete existing ones, or warn you before one is set. Blocking cookies will not stop the prompt generator from working. If a consent banner is shown on this site, your choices there apply to the non-essential cookies it covers.

6. Analytics

We may use a web analytics service to understand how the site is used in aggregate — for example, how many people opened the generator page, which pages are visited most, and roughly which countries visitors come from. This helps us decide what to improve.

Where analytics is active, the service may set cookies or use similar identifiers, and may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you view. Analytics data is used in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and it is not connected to anything you type into the generator.

Many analytics providers offer their own opt-out mechanisms, and browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will usually prevent analytics from loading at all.

7. Advertising

This site may display advertising in order to remain free to use. Where advertising is active, ads are supplied by third-party advertising networks rather than served by us directly.

Advertising networks may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to measure ad performance and, in some cases, to show ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. That data is collected by those networks under their own privacy policies, and we do not receive or store it.

You can usually limit personalised advertising through your device or browser privacy settings, through the opt-out tools published by advertising industry bodies in your region, or through any consent banner shown on this site.

8. Contact information

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you include. The contact form on this website does not send messages itself — it validates what you type and then opens your own email application with the text filled in, so nothing is transmitted to this website by the form.

We use what you send only to read and answer your message, and to follow up if the conversation continues. We do not add contact details to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade them.

9. How information is used

• To operate and deliver the website and keep the generator working correctly.
• To reply to your messages and handle questions, feedback, bug reports and suggestions.
• To improve the tool and the content based on aggregate usage patterns and what people tell us.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse, including diagnosing errors and identifying automated or malicious traffic.
• To meet legal obligations where we are required to do so.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.

10. Data retention

Text entered into the generator is not retained at all — it exists only in your browser while the page is open.

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the conversation and any follow-up, and is deleted when it is no longer needed. Server logs are retained for a limited period as part of routine hosting operations. Data held by analytics or advertising providers is retained according to those providers’ own policies and settings.

11. Data security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we keep the platform and its components updated. Because the generator processes your text locally and stores nothing, there is very little information about you for this website to hold in the first place — which is the strongest protection available.

That said, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. Email in particular is not a secure channel, so please avoid sending confidential information to us by email.

12. Third-party services

Running a website involves other companies. A hosting provider delivers these pages; analytics or advertising services may operate on the site as described above; and if you copy a prompt into an AI image-generation platform, that platform is a separate service entirely.

Each of these third parties handles data under its own privacy policy and terms, and we have no control over their practices. We would encourage you to read the terms and privacy policy of any image-generation service before you use a prompt with it, particularly regarding what happens to the text and images you submit there.

This website is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with OpenAI, Midjourney, Google, Adobe, Stability AI or any other AI company or platform.

Pages on this site may link to other websites. Those links are provided for convenience or reference. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of any external site, and this policy does not apply once you leave minamiaoyama-fan-yakiniku.com.tw.

14. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

15. International users

The site is available worldwide, and visitors come from many countries. If you access it from outside the country where the hosting infrastructure is located, technical request data will necessarily be processed in that other location.

Privacy laws differ between regions. Where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy describes, those rights apply. If you would like to exercise a right under the law of your own country, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can — noting that for the generator itself there is usually no stored data to act on.

16. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information relating to you, including:

• Deletion — to ask us to delete information, such as past email correspondence.

In practice, the information we hold is usually limited to email you have sent us, since the generator stores nothing. We may need to confirm that a request genuinely comes from you before acting on it.

When we update it, the effective date at the top of this page is revised. Significant changes will be reflected in the text itself rather than announced separately, so it is worth checking this page occasionally.
